Bayer says its Bedrock agent engine resolves 80 per cent of platform questions
Bayer Crop Science has built a multi-agent interface over its governed machine-learning workflow platform using Amazon Bedrock AgentCore and LangGraph. A supervisor routes natural-language questions to specialist agents with IAM-scoped tools and isolated sessions. AWS says the first phase resolves about 80 per cent of user questions without an engineer, while retaining execution history and operational controls.
