IskayPet builds a four-language knowledge assistant with Bedrock managed retrieval
IskayPet has built an Amazon Bedrock Managed Knowledge Bases assistant for retail, veterinary, onboarding and procurement teams across three countries and four languages. SharePoint remains the document source, with advanced indexing, citations and feedback feeding evaluation. The team used Kiro and Claude Haiku 4.5 to build the frontend, architecture and infrastructure.
