AWS has reviewed production conversational-AI deployments across patient access, clinical documentation, medical coding and virtual care. Examples include national triage lines, reduced call-handling time and shorter documentation workflows. The report also stresses clinical safety, traceability, regional regulation and human accountability as health systems move from single assistants towards coordinated agent-based services.
