Open Responses moves under AAIF with AWS backing
The Open Responses specification has joined the Agentic AI Foundation with AWS engineering and governance support. Based on OpenAI’s Responses API, it standardises model calls, streaming, tool use and conversation state across providers. Amazon Bedrock already supports the format across dozens of models, allowing OpenAI SDK applications to switch endpoints with fewer code changes.
