Amazon Bedrock Managed Agents opens an OpenAI-powered public preview
AWS has opened a public preview of Bedrock Managed Agents, developed with OpenAI for stateful agents running on Bedrock. The 29 September announcement describes durable sessions, reusable skills, MCP tools, per-agent IAM roles and human approval points. The preview is limited to three US regions, and customers still pay for inference and supporting AWS resources.
