AWS makes antimicrobial resistance data queryable through a grounded agent
AWS has released a reference architecture that processes public pathogen sequencing data with HealthOmics, harmonises resistance-gene results into Iceberg tables and exposes them through a Bedrock AgentCore assistant. Every answer must cite the gene, detecting tool and confidence value, while guardrails keep the system away from unsupported medical or patient advice.
