Bedrock Managed Knowledge Base gains Salesforce and Zendesk connectors
AWS has added native Salesforce and Zendesk sources to Amazon Bedrock Managed Knowledge Base. The connectors sync Salesforce knowledge articles and Zendesk articles and community posts, with crawling, metadata extraction and incremental updates handled by the service. They reduce custom ingestion work, but teams still need to validate credentials, permissions, content freshness and answer quality.
