Anthropic expands AI for Science support to 20 research organisations
Anthropic has expanded its AI for Science program to 20 foundations, research institutions and collaborative projects. Participants receive Claude credits and technical support across astronomy, biology, medicine and climate research. The company also released a research preview of an open laboratory-instrument standard intended to help agents connect with scientific equipment through more consistent interfaces.
