Google launches IAM Helper skills and MCP tools for agent access control
Google Cloud has introduced IAM Helper, a suite of Agent Skills and managed MCP tools for policy authoring, permission troubleshooting, blast-radius simulation and just-in-time access. Read-only discovery can run automatically, while policy changes pause for risk-tiered human approval. The tools integrate with Gemini CLI, Gemini Cloud Assist, ADK, Claude Code and Cursor.
