NVIDIA RFD4-Proteina uses inference-time search for protein design
NVIDIA and the University of Washington Institute for Protein Design have released RFD4-Proteina for joint protein-sequence and all-atom structure generation. Reward-guided inference-time search scores partial candidates and branches promising trajectories. NVIDIA reports 3.8-times faster generation and 84 per cent lower peak memory than RFD3 at 200 residues, with open-model and NIM access.
