OpenAI has updated its public Model Spec around five values: faithfulness to human intent, harm minimisation, honesty and transparency, human agency and care. The revision clarifies how models should interpret context and oversight, changes several behavioural defaults and retires detailed style guidance as increasingly capable agents take on longer, more consequential tasks.
