OpenAI and ServiceNow have expanded their partnership to connect ChatGPT with enterprise workflow context and actions. The ServiceNow MCP plugin is available now, while planned work spans Codex-assisted application development, cybersecurity investigation, voice-based use-case assessment and company-wide access to ChatGPT Work and Codex for ServiceNow employees.
