API and playground pricing
As of August 4, 2026, one BFL credit equals US$0.01 and the API and playground use the same rates. FLUX.2 Klein starts at US$0.014 per image for 4B and US$0.015 for 9B. FLUX.2 Pro starts at US$0.03 per megapixel for generation and US$0.045 for editing; Max starts at US$0.07 per megapixel; Flex costs US$0.05 per megapixel for generation and US$0.10 for editing.
FLUX.1 Kontext Pro costs US$0.04 per image and Kontext Max US$0.08. FLUX 1.1 Pro costs US$0.04, Ultra US$0.06 and Fill Pro US$0.05 per image. Batch requests multiply the selected per-image rate by the number of outputs.
Weights and commercial licensing
FLUX.2 Klein 4B uses Apache 2.0 and may be self-hosted commercially without a paid BFL licence. Other development weights can be free for non-commercial use but require a commercial licence for production. Builder covers Klein models and up to 10,000 images monthly on one domain; Platform, Professional and Enterprise are sales-led tiers with broader models, client or volume rights.
