As of August 4, 2026, Bloomreach uses tailored annual pricing rather than a public numeric rate card. Quotes are based on factors such as the number of customers, catalogue size and event volume, including email and SMS usage. Loomi AI is built into every Bloomreach product at no additional charge.
Autonomous Marketing
The Autonomous Marketing package includes email, SMS and mobile messaging, advertising audiences, omnichannel orchestration, web and app personalisation, and Loomi-powered analytics and automated segmentation.
Autonomous Search and Conversational Shopping
Autonomous Search includes AI site search, merchandising insights, recommendations and long-tail SEO tools. Conversational Shopping provides AI-guided product discovery and shopping assistance triggered by customer behaviour. Buyers should request a proposal covering the chosen products, customer and catalogue scale, messaging volume, implementation and support.
