Brex embeds AI across corporate cards, expense management, travel, bill pay, reimbursements and financial controls rather than selling a standalone AI subscription.
Essentials and Premium
As of August 6, 2026, Essentials costs US$0 per user per month. It includes global card acceptance, one local card programme, AI-powered custom rules, up to two entities including one global entity, accounting integrations, local wires, travel booking, reporting, API access, bill pay and reimbursements.
Premium costs US$12 per user per month and adds custom expense policies, dynamic review chains, AI compliance auditing and insights, advanced approvals, support for multiple entities, additional integrations, VAT capabilities, live budgets and enhanced travel management.
Enterprise and Smart Card
Enterprise uses custom pricing and adds unlimited entities, local card issuance and collections, local reimbursements and policies, a dedicated account manager, central administration, custom implementation and enterprise controls. Smart Card is also custom-priced and combines global and local cards with spending controls and approval workflows. Final contracts can include other product and service fees.
