Starter includes access to the avatar library, 20 NEO Standard minutes and 0.5 NEO2 Advanced minutes per month, 15 custom avatars and three voices, brand kits, 10 interactive videos and 15 automatic translations per month, unlimited viewers, multilingual playback, and unlimited course creation.
Professional includes 30 NEO Standard minutes and 10 NEO2 Advanced minutes per month, unlimited MP4 downloads, watermark removal, five streamed SCORM exports monthly, AI image generation, 20 custom avatars and five voices, 20 translations, 15 interactive videos, and 360 API minutes per year.
Enterprise provides unlimited NEO minutes with a negotiated maximum video length, custom NEO2 allowance, unlimited members, avatars, voices, SCORM exports and translations, custom API access, SSO, data residency, and dedicated customer success. Professional annual customers can add 600 NEO2 minutes for US$1,500 per year; a professionally filmed studio avatar is US$1,000 per year.
