What is CrowdStrike Charlotte AI
Charlotte AI is CrowdStrike's agentic security layer for the Falcon platform. It provides natural-language analysis, embedded investigation features, detection triage, response workflows and tools for building custom security agents.
Pricing and credit limits
CrowdStrike does not publish a cash price for the Charlotte AI Module. It is licensed through monthly credits, with the initial cap tied to licensed Falcon endpoint volume. Published examples range from 40 credits per month for 1–149 endpoints to 1,500 credits for 10,000–24,999 endpoints and 77,500 credits for one million or more endpoints. Additional credits are sold in packs of 350, but the dollar price requires a CrowdStrike quote.
The monthly cap resets on the first day of each calendar month and unused credits do not roll over. Simple prompts generally use up to one credit; complex or multi-step tasks can use 1, 3 or 6 credits before additional authorisation. Automatic Falcon Insight detection triage does not consume customer credits. Some Falcon customers may receive free credits for a limited feature set.

The module can cover AI Chat, embedded command-line and incident analysis, Agentic Workflows, AgentWorks, detection triage and agentic response. Exact access depends on the licensed SKU and Falcon products.
