Pricing and billing structure
Salesloft does not publish a numeric Drift price and directs buyers to contact sales. Official product terms say Drift Email fees are based on monthly reply volume, Bionic Chatbot on annual reply volume, Site Concierge on annual unique-visitor volume and Drift Engage on monthly site visits. Additional domains can add fees, and customers that exceed their purchased volume may need to upgrade or buy more units.
Published capabilities include personalised web conversations, target-account alerts, routing, meeting booking, Drift Plays, AI-generated follow-up content and Salesloft workflow integration.
