Clinician plans
As of August 4, 2026, Lite is free and includes limited Ambient Scribing and clinical decision support, with advertising. Starter costs US$20 month to month or US$18 per month when billed annually and includes standard scribing and decision support, limited deep-reasoning usage and customisation.
Pro costs US$90 monthly or US$81 per month billed annually. It adds extended scribing, decision support and deep reasoning, removes advertisements and includes customisation. Max starts at US$200 monthly or US$180 per month billed annually, with the highest published usage allowances, priority processing and EHR integration options for Athenahealth, Epic, eClinicalWorks and Elation.
API pricing
The Glass API has a US$250 monthly minimum. Glass 5.5 costs US$3 per million input tokens and US$16 per million output tokens, while Glass 5.0 costs US$10 input and US$50 output per million tokens. Scribing transcription costs US$0.85 per audio hour, with note generation billed separately at the selected model's token rates.
