H3 Max succeeds by keeping the workflow narrow and understandable. Product Agent gives it a more concrete purpose than a generic video-model interface, and the per-second credit pricing makes costs easy to estimate. It is a good fit for rapid product-video testing and short social assets. Creators who need 1080P delivery, longer sequences, timeline editing or precise character continuity will still need a broader production tool around it.
