What is Mancer
Mancer provides OpenAI-compatible inference for open language models. It is an API service without its own chat interface and uses prepaid credits rather than a recurring consumer subscription.
Credit packs
As of August 5, 2026, Basic costs US$4.99 for 1.25 million credits, Better costs US$19.99 for 5.5 million, Best costs US$49.99 for 15 million and Give Me the Tokens costs US$249.99 for 100 million credits. The corresponding published effective rates are approximately US$4, US$3.64, US$3.33 and US$2.50 per million credits, excluding tax.
Model usage and business billing
Each model consumes its displayed number of credits per input and output token, while some models are free. Current examples include Gemma 4 31B Instruct at 0.08 input and 0.30 output credits per token, GLM 4.7 at 0.26 and 1.00, and GPT OSS 120B at 0.026 and 0.20. The model page also publishes context limits and live availability.
Business accounts use custom arrangements with multiple API keys, request-logging controls and optional automatic weekly billing for consumed credits. Mancer offers free models for testing before a credit purchase.
