Medallia Experience Cloud uses an Experience Data Record (EDR) pricing model sold in annual tiers. An EDR represents the data associated with a discrete interaction between an end customer or employee and an organisation. Medallia says pricing is not based on survey-response volume or user count and does not charge separately for each channel, but the actual tier thresholds and contract amounts are provided by sales.
