What is Murf?

Murf is an AI voiceover and dubbing platform for narration, training, localisation and conversational voice applications. Studio, Dub and the developer API have separate commercial structures.

Core offerings

  • More than 200 Studio voices and tonalities across 30+ languages and accents.
  • Voiceover editing, translation, transcription and presentation workflows.
  • Falcon 2 for low-latency streaming and Gen2 for studio-quality non-streaming synthesis.
  • API products for text to speech, voice changing, translation and dubbing.

Pricing

Murf's annual Studio pricing lists Free at US$0 with ten projects and ten minutes of voice generation but no downloads. Creator is US$19 per month billed as US$228 annually, with 100 projects, 24 hours of annual voice generation, all 200+ voices, unlimited downloads and commercial rights. Business is US$66 per month billed as US$792 annually, with 500 projects, 96 hours per year and advanced controls. Enterprise is custom priced. Murf Dub is separate: its trial includes 200 credits, pay as you go is US$1 per credit with a US$5 minimum, and Enterprise is custom priced.

API and model availability

Murf's current API rate card prices Falcon 2 text to speech at US$0.01 per 1,000 characters, Gen2 at US$0.03 per 1,000 characters and Voice Changer at US$0.10 per minute. Falcon 2 is the current streaming model. Murf deprecated legacy Gen2 streaming on 16 August 2026, but Gen2 remains available through the non-streaming synthesis endpoint, so only that current use is retained on the API Cost page.

Why select Murf?

Murf is useful when teams need both polished studio narration and a low-latency voice API. Buyers should compare the separate Studio, Dub and API meters rather than treating them as one allowance.
