Outreach combines sales engagement, revenue intelligence and AI agents for prospect research, enrichment, personalised content, meeting preparation and conversation coaching.

Pricing and packages

Outreach does not publish numeric subscription prices; commercial terms are set by mutual contract. Its AI package documentation names Engage, Amplify Essentials, Amplify Core, Amplify Plus and Amplify Pro licences. Amplify is licensed at the organisation-instance level, and all users in the licensed instance share access subject to the purchased package and usage limits.

AI activity is metered in credits for defined actions such as research, search or message generation. Credits are managed at account level rather than capped per user, and additional credit packs are available through an Outreach contact. The package includes agents for research, personalisation and meeting preparation plus Smart Kaia Coach auto-scoring; voice minutes and phone numbers are billed separately through usage or capacity subscriptions.
