Pricing and plans
Qualified publishes Premier, Enterprise and Ultimate plans but no numeric rates; each is customised through a sales demo. Premier includes Piper conversations over video, voice or text, meeting scheduling, AI-generated emails, marketing offers, Slack collaboration, enterprise SSO and multilingual agents.
Enterprise adds enterprise APIs, custom cookie and data-retention policies, third-party research intent, Salesforce Sandbox support and multiple websites or brands. Ultimate adds multiple agent profiles, multiple production instances, and support for high-volume websites and contact databases. All tiers include Agent Studio, account segmentation and enrichment, Salesforce and GTM integrations, reporting, advanced routing and workflow actions.
