What is Rebuy
Rebuy is a Shopify-focused personalisation and merchandising platform covering carts, checkout, post-purchase offers, search, collections and automated customer journeys.
Monetize and package plans
As of August 4, 2026, Rebuy Monetize is free and places selected third-party offers after checkout and on the thank-you page. Merchants earn approximately US$0.20–US$0.35 or more for each qualifying transaction.
Merchants can build a paid plan from US$25 per month for one package, with the final price based on monthly order volume. The selectable packages are Cart & Merchandising, Checkout & Post-Purchase, Search & Collections, and Flows & A/B Testing. Annual billing saves 10%.
Platform One and support
Platform One combines every package and, at the order tier currently displayed by Rebuy's calculator, costs US$534 per month billed monthly; the actual charge changes with orders per month. It adds Premium Support, beta access, a dedicated customer-success manager and discounts on launch and service packages. Premium Support can also be purchased separately for US$499 per month.
Individual packages have a 14-day trial and Platform One has a 30-day trial. Billing uses a rolling 30-day order count and is prorated when the store moves between usage tiers.
