What is Salesforce Einstein
Salesforce’s predictive and generative Einstein capabilities now sit within its broader Agentforce offering. Sales Cloud Einstein remains included in Performance and Unlimited editions and available at extra cost for Enterprise, while autonomous agents use Agentforce’s published consumption or user-licensing models.
Agentforce pricing
As of September 3, 2026, Salesforce Foundations costs US$0 and includes Agentforce Builder, Prompt Builder, Agent Script, Agentforce Coworker, and Agentforce Vibes.
Flex Credits cost US$500 per 100,000 credits and cover customer-facing agents, employee agents, Voice, Digital Wallet, and eligible actions. Standard Agentforce actions consume 20 credits and Voice actions consume 30. Conversation pricing costs US$2 per customer-facing conversation.
The metered Agentforce User License costs US$5 per user per month and requires Flex Credits. Agentforce add-ons for Sales, Service, and Field Service cost US$125 per user per month for unmetered employee usage; Industries add-ons cost US$150. Agentforce 1 Editions start at US$550 per user per month and include 2.5 million annual Flex Credits per organisation.
Buying models
Pre-purchase and pay-as-you-go buying models are published, while Salesforce says pre-commit will become widely available later in the year. Usage is visible in Digital Wallet. The underlying Salesforce edition and other consumption services can add costs.
Models API
Salesforce's Models API exposes supported partner models through the Einstein Trust Layer and meters them in Einstein Requests. Its public rate card explains usage multipliers and token rounding, but does not establish a verified dollar price for every supported model. Request applicable model rates and entitlements from Salesforce sales; do not treat Flex Credit prices as Einstein Request prices.
