As of October 11, 2026, Sembly’s current annual-billing prices are US$10 per month for Basic, US$20 per user per month for Pro, and US$30 per user per month for Max. Enterprise uses custom pricing. The free trial includes 750 recurring monthly credits plus 1,750 one-time credits and supports meetings up to one hour.
Basic supports one user, 25 clients, 50 brand packages, and 2,500 credits per month. It includes unlimited meeting capture, notes and summaries, client and brand organisation, and one year of meeting history.
Pro supports up to 40 users, 100 clients, 200 brand packages, and 3,000 credits per user per month. It adds multi-meeting chat, search, automations, webhooks, MCP access, and two years of history.
Max supports three to 500 users, 500 clients, 1,000 brand packages, and 3,500 credits per user per month. It adds HD video, unlimited history, audit and access controls, HIPAA support, SSO, and advanced administration. Enterprise adds negotiated capacity, contracting, security review, and dedicated customer success.
