Free and paid plans
As of October 13, 2026, Adapt starts at US$1,200 per year. It includes Chief of Staff, Content Translator and Content Creator coworkers, all content types, unlimited users, linear workflows, one workspace, basic integrations and a standard SLA.
Accelerate starts at US$24,000 per year and adds the Reviewer coworker, Marketplace experts, partner and vendor collaboration, Marketplace access and a priority SLA. Anticipate starts at US$60,000 per year and adds Content Update and Quality Assurance coworkers, two workspaces, API access, SSO and 2FA, preconfigured reporting and an ROI dashboard.
Enterprise
Autonomous uses custom pricing and adds parallel workflows, branching and triggers, seven hierarchical workspaces, enterprise governance and Intelligence Fabric, custom reporting and on-site support. Smartwords remain an annual allowance that can be topped up; the 15-day trial includes API access.
