What is Speechify?
Speechify offers separate products for listening to written content, producing commercial voiceovers and dubbed media, and integrating speech through a developer API.

Pricing
Speechify Reader lists Free at US$0 with ten basic voices and listening speeds up to 1.5×. Premium is US$29 per month and adds 1,000+ natural voices, 60+ languages, listening up to 5×, Scan and Listen, AI summaries and chat, cloud-drive integrations, voice typing, AI podcasts and the Voice AI Assistant.
Studio is a separate subscription. Studio Free is US$0 with 600 credits, 1,000+ voices, Voiceover Studio, Dubbing Studio and Voice Changer, but no cloning or commercial rights. Studio Starter is US$100 per year with 86,400 credits, voice cloning, stock media and commercial rights. Studio Creator is US$300 per year with 345,600 credits and everything in Starter. Voiceover uses one credit per second, dubbing three and avatars 30.
API and model availability
Speechify's API has a Free Starter tier with 50,000 characters and 100 minutes, pay as you go at US$10 per one million characters, and custom Enterprise access with a stated US$5,000 annual commitment. Current synthesis models are simba-english and simba-multilingual. The older simba-base and simba-turbo values are marked deprecated in Speechify's own reference and are excluded from the API Cost page.

Speechify is worth considering when listening, content-production and developer speech workloads need one vendor, provided the separate Reader, Studio and API bills are evaluated independently.
