What is WRITER
WRITER is an enterprise agentic-AI platform for chat, repeatable playbooks, workflow automation, connected company knowledge and application development, powered by its Palmyra model family.
Starter and Enterprise plans
As of August 6, 2026, Starter has monthly or annual per-seat billing and a 14-day trial without a credit card, but WRITER does not expose its current numeric seat price publicly. It supports up to five users, five Playbooks, one team Personality profile, basic connectors, a limited Knowledge Graph, WRITER Agent and limited AI Studio access.
Enterprise uses a custom quote and adds unrestricted users, teams, free collaborators, Playbooks and routines; advanced orchestration and approvals; full Knowledge Graph and connector access; cross-team workflows; brand profiles; model interoperability; agent governance and observability; auditability; SSO, SCIM and priority support. Non-profits and educational organisations can receive a 20% discount.
AI Studio usage pricing
Palmyra X5 costs US$0.60 per million input tokens and US$6 per million output tokens, while Palmyra X4 costs US$2.50 input and US$10 output. WRITER Agent usage costs US$5 input and US$12 output per million tokens. Knowledge Graph hosting costs US$0.085 per GB per day, extraction US$0.00015 per page, OCR US$0.055 per page and web access US$0.12 per page; PDF parsing is US$0.055 per page and Translation API input is US$20 per 100,000 words.
