As of October 13, 2026, Free costs US$0 and includes 100 conversations per month, three seats and three AI agents, with no top-ups or overages.
Plus costs US$150 per month billed annually and includes 250 conversations, US$25 of AI usage, three seats, unlimited AI agents, whitelabel webchat, a Help Center with custom domain and live-chat technical support. Additional packs of 100 conversations cost US$65.
Team costs US$750 per month billed annually and includes 1,500 conversations, US$150 of AI usage, unlimited seats and agents, teams, routing, RBAC, team analytics and real-time collaboration. Additional packs of 100 conversations cost US$50. Enterprise has custom volume and pricing with dedicated support, an uptime SLA, security review, custom storage and voice. Botpress also offers a sales-led built-and-managed service.
Usage and add-ons
Every paid conversation includes US$0.10 of AI usage, with auto-recharge available after the included allowance. Plus and Team can add a storage bundle for US$40 per month, adding 100,000 table rows, 1GB of vector storage and 10GB of file storage.
